In Five Years' Time

In five years' time, where I see myself?
A question that never fails to evoke interrogations,
I endeavor to envisage the grandeur of what God have to my life,
But the future remains a mystery, a puzzle to ponder.

Shall I have attained the pinnacle of success ?
Or shall I still be grappling with the challenges of existence?
Shall I have found the love of my life?
Or shall I still be traversing the path of solitude ?

The future is an enigma, a labyrinth to unravel.
As always, life's journey unfurls in unpredictable ways,
But I vow to give my best effort, to strive for excellence,
To make the most of every challenge that comes my way, be it of pain or joy, with elegance.

Whether I am soaring high or plummeting low,
I shall keep moving forward, never allowing a frown to mar my countenance.

For life is replete with unexpected twists and turns,
And it is up to us to navigate the path that is best for us at every instance. We never know when the road shall take a sudden turn.

So where do I see myself in five years' time?
I see myself as a connoisseur, living life with grace and poise.
I see myself as a beacon of hope, inspiring others to reach for their destination.
I see myself as a trailblazer, carving my own path.

For the future is mine to conquer with a heart, I cannot say for certain that future may not be in vain.
I shall embrace it with a bold spirit.
For life is a journey, not a destination,
And I shall learn from every situation that comes my way. Because the beauty of life lies in the present questions; where do I see myself,  in the next 5 years?
